Since its establishment, UHST has prioritized the expansion of higher education opportunities for students in rural Cambodia. Our programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge, practical skills, and moral values needed for today’s job market and tomorrow’s leadership roles. The Research Centre for Sustainable Economic Development is passionately committed to advancing sustainable development in Cambodia through collaborative research, innovative solutions, and strategic partnerships. Our mission is to empower communities by enhancing access to quality healthcare, education, and sustainable livelihoods, while fostering inclusive governance and environmental stewardship.
